Last Friday, students celebrated world book day at Beatrice Tate. Both staff and students made a brilliant effort to dress up as characters from their favourite books creating a real buzz around the school.
During the morning students travelled around the school listening to stories delivered by different teachers and participating in a variety of book related activities.
In the afternoon, we all came together to celebrate our Good Work Assembly and World Book Day.
A big thank you to parents who helped to create some fantastic costumes and sent photos of their children enjoying stories at home that we could display around the school.
And a big thank you also to staff who worked hard to make the day extra special!
