A group of students from Beatrice Tate School competed in the East London Panathlon Xtend, a multi-sports competition against other schools in East London. They demonstrated their targeting and throwing skills in games such as boccia, basketball and polybat, displaying impressive focus and precision during timed activities. Their determination and hard work led to an incredible achievement—they secured 1st place, earning a gold medal and the champions trophy!
Beyond their sporting success, this experience helped build their confidence in social settings. Their teamwork and perseverance were key to their victory. They also demonstrated excellent road and travel safety skills while using public transport to reach the venue. Winning this competition gave them a strong sense of achievement, boosting their self-esteem and preparing them for future challenges.
